Served as a senior consulting strategist, researcher, and writer for C&Z Marketing on Cisco’s 2026 Partner 360 program, developing core marketing launch “asset kits” for more than 30 partners. Delivered foundational messaging and five additional high-value campaign assets to each partner in a three-to-four week start-to-finish timeframe, January - March, 2026. Developed and ran AI workflows using Google and Claude models to meet the project’s volume and velocity requirements.
Serving as the fractional CMO for a green-energy greenhouse startup, consulting on business plan and operational development.
Working with Big Sky Communications, research and write outcomes-centric customer success stories for clients, including 1Password, Adobe, Airtable, Google Cloud, Neo4j, and ServiceNow, meeting each client’s specific requirements for compelling and differentiated content, interesting story approaches, and brand voice and tone.
Working with Big Sky Communications, conducted in-depth, multi-stakeholder customer success program assessments (Snowflake, JP Morgan) to help guide these companies’ customer program investments for 2025 fiscal year, in 2024/2025.
Working with Big Sky Communications, assisted with development of integrated AI/IT product messaging for client ServiceNow, 2025.
Served as content strategist and content development lead for Quietly, Inc., on the launch of the DoorDash Ads business unit’s first website, creating and managing the development of core how-to, customer success, and research content, and driving and building organic engagement through 2025 and early 2026.
Served as a senior strategist and writer for C&Z Marketing on the 2025 Google Cloud Partner Investment Program, designed to drive partner-sourced revenues in target portfolio areas. Assisted in the development of project scoping and approach, and developed complex, customized event and campaign content for five premiere global Google Cloud partners. Assets included white papers, blogs, customer success stories, webinars, videos, content syndication, and two-touch email campaigns, with all outcomes measured against revenue goals, 2025.
Designed and ran RFP for a baseline brand health study for FranklinCovery with the goal of informing investment decisions to build the brand and win the “first call” position in the minds of senior leaders seeking to improve organizational performance, 2024.
Researched and developed an influencer marketing strategy for Calendly, 2024.
Researched and developed a business plan for a Columbia Gorge, WA, independent newspaper, using census, subscription pricing, and advertising data to determine a recommended growth or, if preferred, exit strategy for the publisher.
